WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All new/refurbished phones carry a 30 day warranty and must be returned with reciept and all original packaging. All used phones are sold “as is” 14 day warranty, only for phone defects not associated with customer use “wear and tear ” or any other issues previously disclosed at time of sale. Returned phones will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY. All mobile phone plan replenishments and activation fees are NON REFUNDABLE
